About Our Program

Bay Area Polo is a great chance to learn and play the sport of water polo or continue to grow your skills from the top coaches in the area. Our practices will be held at Saint Francis High School and will be coached by Brendon Reutebuch, SFHS Women’s Head Coach and nine time CCS champion, and Erin Inkster, SFHS Varsity Assistant for the past seven seasons. We are committed to high-level water polo training paired with strong fundamentals and intense competition. We design our training sessions to teach a variety of skills to athletes of varying abilities. We offer youth water polo to athletes ages 10-14. Girls and boys have the opportunity to learn from outstanding coaches while they master their skills in organized scrimmages and game situations. From shooting to passing to scrimmaging, players will gain strength in the areas needed to be successful in the water. Also, experienced high school players will be in the pool aiding in the development of your player.

Coach Reutebuch and I are really looking forward to a great season. Our program has grown significantly over the last five seasons and we are hoping to have an even larger group in our sixth spring. Please feel free to email either of us with any questions that you might have. Many of our athletes have gone on to participate in high school programs around the area. Our first group of athletes are entering their freshmen year of college and participating in a variety of water polo programs.

As always, please forward this information along to anyone you know might be interested in the program. If you would prefer for me to forward the information along, please send me an email address and I am happy to contact anyone who might be interested. Our program is based around players in 5th through 8th grade. Boys and girls of all levels are encouraged to participate. If you have access to a pool between now and February 26th we encourage you to get in the water and start swimming!
